How the CVE-2025-22474 Works
The vulnerability in Dell SmartFabric OS10 arises due to improper validation of user-supplied input in the web management interface. An authenticated attacker with high privileges can craft malicious HTTP requests to manipulate server-side operations, forcing the system to make unauthorized internal or external requests. This SSRF flaw allows attackers to bypass access controls, interact with internal services, or potentially exfiltrate sensitive data by abusing the server’s trust relationships. The vulnerability is exploitable remotely, requiring no additional user interaction.
