How the CVE Works
CVE-2025-30665 is a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in Zoom Workplace Apps for Windows. When an authenticated user sends a specially crafted network request, the application fails to handle a NULL pointer reference, leading to a crash. This results in a denial of service (DoS) condition, disrupting legitimate users’ access. The flaw arises due to insufficient input validation in the application’s network request processing logic.
