How the CVE Works
The vulnerability exists in `/add-apartment.php` due to improper sanitization of the `buildingno` parameter, enabling SQL injection. Attackers can craft malicious SQL queries via this input, manipulating database operations. The flaw allows unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or system compromise. Remote exploitation is possible without authentication, leveraging crafted HTTP requests. The CVSS 4.0 vector (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/VC:L/VI:L/VA:L) confirms network-based attacks with low complexity, leading to data integrity and confidentiality breaches.
