Campcodes Supplier Management System, SQL Injection, CVE-2025-13554 (Medium)

Listen to this Post

The vulnerability exists within the `/index.php` file’s login component. The application fails to properly sanitize user input passed to the `txtUsername` parameter during authentication. An attacker can submit a specially crafted SQL payload within this parameter. This malicious input is then directly concatenated into an SQL query executed by the backend database without validation or prepared statements. By injecting SQL control characters like a single quote (') and commands such as UNION SELECT, an attacker can manipulate the original query’s logic. This allows for data extraction from the database, including administrative credentials and other sensitive information stored within the Supplier Management System’s tables. The attack can be performed remotely without any authentication.
