How CVE-2025-5979 Works
This vulnerability exists in the School Fees Payment System 1.0 within the /branch.php file. Attackers can exploit improper input sanitization of the ID parameter to inject malicious SQL queries. The system fails to properly validate user-supplied data before concatenating it into SQL statements. Remote attackers can manipulate the ID parameter through crafted HTTP requests to execute arbitrary database commands, potentially leading to data leakage, modification, or system compromise. The attack requires no authentication and can be performed over the network.
