The vulnerability in Online Medicine Guide 1.0 (CVE-2025-8498) allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries via the `uname` parameter in /cart/index.php. Due to improper input sanitization, an attacker can inject malicious SQL payloads, potentially leading to unauthorized database access, data exfiltration, or system compromise. The flaw arises from direct concatenation of user-supplied input into SQL statements without prepared statements or parameterized queries.
