Listen to this Post

How CVE-2025-47014 Works

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) versions 6.5.22 and earlier fail to properly sanitize user-supplied input in form fields. A low-privileged attacker can inject malicious JavaScript payloads into stored content, such as form submissions or editable components. When an authenticated victim accesses the compromised page, the script executes in their browser, potentially leading to session hijacking, unauthorized actions, or data theft. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient input validation in the affected versions.
